She founded OnCall PRO to solve the problems she encountered every day in the industry, including eliminating inefficiencies in maintenance operations and creating a scalable, user-focused platform that keeps all stakeholders aligned from request to completion.

William Metz is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of OnCall PRO, where he leads platform architecture, product engineering, and the development of AI-driven workflows that power maintenance automation at scale. With over 20 years of experience building and scaling software companies, William brings deep expertise in full-stack development, systems design, and translating complex real-world operations into reliable, high-performance software.
He previously co-founded and built SimplePhoto into a leading ecommerce platform for professional photographers and later led core engineering initiatives at Fotomerchant. At OnCall PRO, William is responsible for ensuring the platform is secure, scalable, and purpose-built to support property managers, vendors, and growing portfolios nationwide.

With more than 15 years of leadership in community association management and a deep expertise in industry technology, Tyler Hawes brings a track record of operational excellence and innovation. As the founder and CEO of The Nabo Group, he has guided the company to modernize workflows, implement scalable systems, and deliver service models built for growth.
In addition, Tyler founded Klozed – a platform designed to replace outdated manual resale processing for homeowner- and condominium-associations with a fully digitized, AI-enabled solution. Klozed is built to eliminate labor-intensive tasks, streamline document automation and payment processing, and ensure a smooth, professional experience for all stakeholders.
